Timber Creek Elementary – Opened August 2009


Dr. Pam Bakke has been named principal of Timber Creek Elementary. Dr. Bakke is currently the principal at Harmony Elementary School and she will remain in that capacity through the end of the school year. Dr. Bakke will start to become involved in the planning process for the opening of Timber Creek as the school year progresses.

As a learning community, Timber Creek will instill core values and responsible citizenship to empower student to attain personal success. Our students will achieve academic excellence through individualized instruction based on standards and ongoing assessment.

 

Aubry Bend Middle School

The Blue Valley School District is proud to be working on the development of the district's newest middle school, to open fall 2011.

A principal has officially been named for Blue Valley's newest middle school. Diana Tate, current principal of Pleasant Ridge Middle, has been named principal of Aubry Bend Middle School, which will open in August 2011. Tate is currently in her seventh year as principal at Pleasant Ridge Middle and will continue to serve as principal there through the 2010-11 school year.

Due to the timely importance of determining the number of teachers that need to be hired for the new middle school, the district asks that transfer requests into Aubry Bend be returned by February 1, 2011.

 

Blue Valley Southwest High School – opened for class on August 18th, 2010.
