It's a special time of year at Coffee Creek Crossing. All of the flowers and trees are in full bloom, and the warmer weather is bringing about lots of activity. During the recent Spring Parade of Homes, several hundred people toured our models and spec homes, and three of our builders won awards. Congratulations to Koehler Home Building for winning the highest award - the American Dream Grand Award - for their Hampton model. Congratulations also to Dusty Rhodes Homes and Estes Custom Homes for garnering 1st runner-up awards for their Sonoma and Ellis plans.

Construction of our amenity package is slated to begin this summer and will open for the enjoyment of our residents in the summer of 2009. This relaxing oasis features a zero-entry, heated pool with a water slide, tot lot playground, cabana and sand volleyball court.
