During the 2009 Spring Parade of Homes, several hundred people toured our models and spec homes, and three of our builders won awards. Congratulations to Koehler Home Building for winning the highest award - the American Dream Grand Award - for their Hampton model. Congratulations also to Dusty Rhodes Homes and Estes Custom Homes for garnering 1st runner-up awards for their Sonoma and Ellis plans.
